THE LONG STORY
The Pitch Room at Alexandria Real Estate Equities’ Torreyana location is a space designed to inspire innovation and success. Tecture created a 14 foot custom art piece, made from over 300 wood and glass pieces, reflects San Diego’s topography and ocean, with brass dots marking ARE properties and clients. Engraved with ARE’s logo and mantra, the piece shifts in depth and texture, offering a dynamic, landscape-inspired experience from every angle.
