THE LONG STORY
Tecture designed a striking installation for this lobby space, transforming over 40,000 pages of Alexandria Real Estate Equities’ annual reports (1997-2015) into more than 10,000 aggregated circles and ribbons. Reflecting the companies role in fostering innovation, the piece abstractly represents interlocking shapes resembling brain neurons, symbolizing the scientific clusters they cultivate nationwide. This flowing paper composition highlights local artistry in a contemporary events space serving the life science and technology communities.
